difficult to set up and not accurate

Light sequence on the wristband it was difficult to read could not get the unit to enter sleep mode. Never got a recording of my sleep patterns. Conducted 30 minutes of arduous workouts in the morning if the unit showed only 5 minutes a strenuous workout. Don't waste your money!

Mediocre Device

I don't like wearing two bulky things, one on each wrist, and also don't like wearing both this device and my watch on the same wrist. Call me picky, I guess! I would love this device if it also told the time so that I didn't have to wear both my watch and the band.
