It's simple to use, but I would recommend you get the newer model.

computer interface excellent. can't find instructions for sleep mode. does not register stationary bike.

Wireless sync is great... do not feel band on my arm. Would like some visual feedback - clock, steps, etc.

It is ok. Ultra tracker is better, Have no idea how far you have gone if you are not near a conned device.

I lost my original fitbit after couple of years and decided to replace with this that would attach to my wrist and hopefully be more noticeable. The big peoblem is that the clasp (although seems to hold well) does not stay very secure. This fitbit only lasted about 10 days and it has disappeared.

I love my fitbit, it keeps me in tune with my exercise. I can look to see where I at with my daily steps and see if I need to do more to break my goal

I love the fitbit, bought one for me and my mom but I don't know how to change the rime.

I would recommend this to a beginner. Weekly email sent providing summary and outcomes for the week.

It's a good device, and helps keep you wanting to exercise. Thani drawbacks are that it is very sensitive to movement and will give you many more steps than you actually take, if you move your arms a lot at work. Also, battery life is pretty short; I'd like to see it with at least two weeks of life so you could leave it on for extended periods without charging.

My I only complaint about the product is that the band is a little difficult to take off and put on.

I'm still not using it to the fullest. I wish the instructions were better for certain functions and that the foods did not all come with a brand name.

This is a great product for the basic step count. Difficulty with getting the sleep mode activated.

Only issue is the tapping function of the fitbit. Works sometimes but not well with the sleep mode.

I bought this device to use along with other apps to monitor my physical exercise and activity. It has been a lot of fun to use and I use it all the time.

Wearing the Flex is effortless and comfortable, which is what I was looking for in a fitness tracker.

The FitBit makes a great gift to others also. Although the actual steps might not be accurate, the overall concept of tracking your movement is great!

I absolutely love my Flex! In fact, now the whole family has one. Even the people who aren't trying to lose weight are becoming more health conscious!
