    We bought these for our preteen girls. There weren't much for instructions, the battery doesn't last long, and they still don't really understand why it does certain things visually. The app is highly depended upon so this is a down fall for our girls who don't carry cell phones yet.

    The flex is an average wearable device. The wristband is built well but the accuracy of the steps taken a day are at best average. If you want to use this while working out, don't it won't measure your activity very well. Needs much improvements.
