It is based on movement and I think it picks up my wife's movements also. Would not purchase for the sleep activity.

I need a how-to manual; nothing came with it!

Hard to believe.

I did not like it...too confusing to set up

WHY were there two bracelets in the box? Sales person did not know, even when I returned it. SALES ASSOCIATE SHOULD OFFER TO show the customer how to use it. My sales associate did not know anything about it... I returned it. One reason I returned it... was the 2 week return period instead of 30 days..... I might have kept it, but for the 2 weeks to return it... easier to return, and repurchase at a future date.

Bad right out of the box

After fighting with it for a few days and it not tracking many items I returned it to the store. Best Buy was great and swapped it out quickly and her new one is working perfectly.
