    In less than 3 weeks the strap broke at the point where the Fitbit is inserted. The Fitbit is useless without it. The bracelet design is faulty.

    Trouble securing band to wrist . This is a poor designed band . I don't like being forced to upgrade from the beginning of a purchase. It should be by choice. We do like the fitbit

    Easy to wear, not difficult to connect to computer. Doesn't give as much information as I'd hoped. Tracks steps but am unsure as to the accuracy. It's an ok device but would probably not buy another

    I really like this product. However, I wish it recorded active minutes better. And it records steps while I'm sleeping, so it's not super accurate with the steps count. Close enough, but off a little.
