Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

I was not able to sync the Fitbit with my phone. When I talked to the Geek Squad rep, he told me that my phone was probably too old and so I decided to return the item.

I had to replace the battery after approximately two months, and the band recently. The fitbit company was very good, but I wouldn't expect such things to happen.

Okay entry level product. Seem to log mile while sitting at my desk. Sleep function has to be turned on on the phone each night and off each morning or it will not track sleep.

I would push a shopping cart and the vibration would switch the mode in and out from sleep mode, to normal mode. Very annoying.

For the money you pay it's not that great.

For the money you pay it's not that great. Battery life is ok. It basically is just a pedometer which you can get for a lot cheaper. Color options are nice though.

It's ok any tracker device I feel will dull do the job of tracking your steps. I notice when I am asleep it tracked steps while I'm at rest. Really not impressed.

I had two fitbits and they were fabulous in the beginning but about a month in they both died. Best buy was great and replaced them with geek squad but it was inconvenient.

I bought 2, one band broke after 2 weeks, the second is fine. Had to trick it by telling it I was wearing on my dominant hand even though I wasnt to make tracking more accurate.

If I do a workout like circuit training, strength training, etc., it doesn't show it unless I manually key in the information

Wish I would have waited a few weeks for the new one!! Have found that arm movement will register as steps so have to be aware of that. For the $$ is worth it.

Replacing my old Fitbit. Love the product but disappointed that my last Fitbit only lasted one year and would no longer charge. Hope this one lasts longer.

I really wish the fit bit had a watch on it as well. I love the app except there is no way to reset anything on it. I like the step counter and the very active minutes.

There are better options by Fitbit that now have displays and better battery life. Alta is worth the extra money

A more affordable alternative to the "smart wearable" devices if you are only interested in the pedometer type functions. Works great in that aspect.

I like the fit bit and the linkage to my smart phone. It is nearly impossible to get it snapped. Sometimes I need to get someone to help me get it on. A real hassle.

Syncing was hit-or-miss. Charging once a week was tedious. Bought a Garmin with 1 year battery instead.

This wearable is very reliable. Keeps you on track. If you're not willing to dish out $130.00 for a FitBit Charge. The Flex will work out just fine for you.

Kinda difficult to track you food intake, at times cant find your food listings on list. Also, hard to invite friends on the phone app. Basically a pedometer
