The tracker works great when it works. The problem is the battery life after a couple months reduces to needing to charge every 3 or so days.

The Fitbit would not work after wearing it for one day! I returned it, but could only get store credit as it was a day after the return policy date

I like it just Would love waterproof. My HR quit working because the band broke after 10 months. I like Ithatbthe bands are interchangable.

The fitbit part was great but the band was difficult to put on and evidently caught on something while I was shopping and I lost it!

When purchasing this I was thinking it was going to be a lot more then just a expensive pedometer. Aside from tracking your sleep it really is just a pedometer. One bad thing that I feel was the reason I took it back was if you walking or runing on a treadmill and you're arm that your wearing it on is not moving it will not track your steps. Also if you are sitting and clap your hands or move them back and forth it records steps. All in all its not that great.

Intend to move to a more diverse--heart rate tracker, heart target zone monitor--tracker or watch.

I wish the sleep pattern sensing was a little bit better like it's advertised

If you are wanting this, get the force instead. The force had all the features that you want and is more than worth the extra money to get it instead.

This makes you want to get up and walk. It is fun to challenge friends.

the fitbit flext doesn't show your progress thru out the day like the fitbit one does. Plus the site doesn't let you know that in less then a week they are coming out with several colors to pick from. Yes, you can order three extra's but in the three they offer you. And at no discount for those of us who just bought one. Very disappointed that features went down instead of up as far as having more features. Wouldn't buy it again for all those reasons.

For a quick fix this fitbit works, but if you more details I would say get the next step up

Very accurate when it comes to steps. I only wish that is displayed the amount of steps on the wrist band instead of having to look at my phone.

The flex band is a piece of junk. It won't charge. I've emailed the company trice and haven't heard from them. I 'be had the flex for less than a month and it 'a so frustrating not to be able up speak to anyone at fit bit. The only way to contact them is through email, but they don 't respond. The trouble shooting FAQ 's Serb 't helpful . Do not buy ghost product!!!

I bought this in hopes of tracking all my daily activity. Unfortunately even thou its waterproof it won't track my daily swimming as exercise.

Its a good product.... but not really acurate in counting steps.... i watched my fitbit dash as i shook my wrist amd watched it count steps..

If all you need is a pedometer, this product is great. Anything more advanced then that and you should look for a better model.

Putting the band on was hard, and the sleep pattern quit working after 2 weeks. Very frustrating.

mine worked well, but it randomly stopped being able to charge. I will have to send it back for a new one which is inconvenient.

I like my fit bit to track my sleep habits. Not for sure that it does an accurate step count. It adds steps when you use your arm for anything.

I just wish it came with an ankle bracelet. the large band is not big enough for my ankle and wearing it there gives me a more accurate count
