Band does not stay clasp all the time. Hard to sync at times

Its great but if you dont have Iphone, S3, S4 or galaxy note you have to sync with the pc and that is a problem

I really like this, it keeps me motivated,however I have had issues synching my FitBit with my iphone 5s.

this is very good if you remember to use. I end up forgetting days but great while I remembered.

Bought two fitbits but both would not hold a charge. Ended up bringing both back and getting a Polar.

Received as a gift when I wanted to keep track of my steps. Compared to newer fitness band models and the Apple watch, this version is too simple. The software is also glitchy and I needed to reinstall it frequently. Finally stopped using it on a regular basis, although I do wear it for long excursions and hikes.

I like the fit however I still can not get it to sync with my computer, very frustrating

Too hard to close!!! Difficult to get connected with computer program

After about a month of use the battery would stop charging. I've exchanged it several things already.

Not the best Fitbit with all the bells and whistles but one that has all the basic needs

I liked the idea of just putting this on and not have to mess with, but I ended up not liking the wristband. It wasn't very comfortable and certainly not very accurate at all either. For the cost, I think they need to do a lot to this to make more accurate. It was giving me steps and I hadn't even walked yet. Also gives steps while driving and that's bad too.

This is my second FIt Bit that doesn't work now and won't hold a charge going to have to return it.

Love the idea. But unable to get the wristband on. Even with help. Poor design. Wish I could use it!

The battery dies withing a week. The power adapter is not a common found one so you better not loose it.

It works as advertised, but really doesn't make much of a difference in daily activities. It is too sensitive and adds steps while sitting. Just pushing a cart will place it in sleep mode from he vibrations or riding a motorcycle also. I wouldn't buy one again. Battery life is okay.

I almost got an Apple Watch because naturally it's the newest thing on the market and I assumed it was the best for fitness and health tracking, but boy was I wrong! The Fitbit is a fraction of the price and the battery life is so much better than the Apple Watch. My favorite feature on the Fitbit is that it tracks my sleeping patterns. I love to see when to increase my sleeping habits and how restless I've been. I also LOVE that you can set alarms on it to wake you up, no more annoying ringtones!! Overall I love this and am obsessed. The only thing I don't like is that the pink band stains easily, but thankfully they're relatively cheap to replace :) Thanks Fitbit!

I purchased it and used for a few days; but decided to go with the Vivofit which I absolutely love.

Major issue is the strap, very challenging to put on yourself.

I was given a fit bit for my birthday. Worked great for a week then would not synchronize with phone or I pad. Returned it to the store, given a replacement. After 6 months it did the same thing, would not synchronize , returned it to the store, clerk unable to synchronize. Was not able to get a replacement so we are out $100
