    I bought it because I thought it was reliable. The brand name made me think I could trust. I was WRONG. On the second day I was wearing it, the data was not being transferred. I tried resetting it, restarting, to the point I was tired of trying. I returned it 3 days after I got it. I would NOT recommend t to any of my friends.

    Got this for Father's Day and 4 weeks later it would not charge. Called Best Buy and they were of no help as I did not buy the warranty. Really didn't think something would break so soon!!! Waiting for Fit Bit to send me a new charger no thanks to Best Buy!!

    Have been using fitbit one for some time and love it. Decided to try the flex thinking it would be easier to wear and less subject to loss. Turns out the design of the clips makes it for me at least virtually impossible to get on and off. It was also uncomfortable on my wrist. Decided to return and stick to Fitbit One.
