Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. not quite what I was hoping for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looking for tracker to count steps at work, Fit bit counts every time I move my arm, so need to try different product. May use only while walking or hiking.

Doesn't work as advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for a few weeks and then the battery stopped holding a charge. Still waiting for Fit Bit customer service to reply to my questions. (3days)

Ok experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fitbit is a cool concept but after having the nike one as well I have to say Nike is much better online and motivating. The fitbit just irritated my wrist to the point I broke out in a rash and had to take it off. I will be returning this item.

not accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the fitbit unit measures steps by arm movement which doesn't accurately correlate to actual steps taken. The wrist bands are not durable & develop cracks as a result of the removal/installation in the wrist band.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great idea when it works.. I returned this after a couple days when it stopped charging, which was the first charge, I will wait until they fix the bugs then buy when the next batch ships

it does not track my miles and steps accurately.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not like that the miles and steps do not appear on my wrist but the worst part about this device is that it does not accurately monitor my steps and miles walked or worked out and that was my main purpose of the purchase.

Short battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has to be recharged every day. If I don't remember the recharge it at least every 24 hours the battery goes dead and I get nothing out of it that's a pain in the neck

Just buy the Nike or Apple Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this fitness tracker to replace my Nike FuelBand. I was so dissatisfied with it that now it just sits in a drawer and I ended up buying the Apple Watch instead. It may be cheaper than some of the other nicer watches, bands and fitness trackers but it just doesn’t cut the cake. The battery life is short, you have to keep tapping it to get a measure of how far you’ve walked, etc… and then you have to check everything on your phone. It’s just not worth the hassle or the money. If you have a little some extra to spend or treat yourself with, buy a nicer watch or fitness tracker.

Wait until this product improves
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have gone through a few versions of fitbit now and every one has problems. Customer service is not helpful...they repeatedly email the same advice. If you buy this product, save you receipt...chances are you will need it.

Not about unit itself, rather order process
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this using a 20.00 gift card why isn't it showing as money off? My daughter wanted this for her birthday, hearing it was very good from her friends. Please fix credit tho and advise.

Okay if you are close to your computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm trying to sell my Fitbit on Craigslist. When you aren't near a computer you can't get current readings. At least I can't. It's not easy to use either. The software program that you use is NOT easy to navigate.

Terrible Activity Tracking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to help myself get fit but found the activity tracking as extremely unreliable. I would drive for 1/2 an hour and would somehow take 200 steps even decreasing the device sensitivity. The Fitbit nutrition tracking software is not nearly as useful as other Apps available. While the tracker provides some good functionality, overall the device is poorly executed. I ended up returning the product.

Poor lifespan of bracelets
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fitbit works fine, but the wristbands do not hold up very well. They crack/break close to the electronic device is housed. Best buy has been all buy helpful in a remedy to exchange the broken wristbands.

Could be a good device, but the band is cheap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The band broke two weeks into having it. I figured if it broke that fast there was a design flaw and others would break too, so I took it back and bought the Fitbit One. I also missed having it count stairs climbed.

Not crazy about this product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product not knowing that it doesn't tell you anything. I'd have to login to see my steps and all activity. I went and returned it and then I ended up buying the fit bit blaze.

So So
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike the Force there is nothing but dots. So the features are not as good. It does not sync as well on the computer. I had to reinstall the program after several attempts to finally get it to sync.

Great concept, wished it worked
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wished this product worked properly! You have to be moving your arm for the fitbit to count your steps/active minutes. I wish they would improve the bugs so I could enjoy : )

Great at first!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially, it was great having the item provide real time updates on the status of my excercise and sleep patterns. But, the wristband got in the way of my normal attire and movement.
