I got my daughter and I one each. Well they do not tell you, you can't set one up for anyone under 13. So I basically bought her a watch. And mine won't hold a charge. Fun times!!!!

The design of the clasp is impossible to close with one hand and with a braclet there isn't another option. Was looking forward to this product launch and terribly disappointed to have to return the item.

I purchased 2 of these for my wife and I, We have been using them daily for about 5 weeks now. They are comfortable to wear They track steps, sleep cycle, vibrating alarm Unfortunately 1 out of the 2 I purchased has a "known" defect. regardless of which charger we used (since we had 2) the fitbit will not connect correctly with the pins in the charger. It takes my wife 45 minutes to an hour to get it to connect to the charger if it will at all. while on mine I just snap it into the charger and it connects and charges just fine without any issue. We are going to try to take it back to the Best Buy Mobile store we purchased it at today and try to exchange it for the exact same thing.

lost it due to faulty catch/clasp - unable to make the catch work properly - poor design - WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER until catch is redesigned.

i find that it is always very accurate. The bands are comfortable. The apps that they can be added to are good. It just all around keeps me moving. Now i have had a few issues, the dongle stopped working and i emailed the company and with just a picture and copy of my receipt i promptly got a new one mailed to me. I had bought the Lime one and it did start to come apart so once again with and email and picture they sent me a new lime green one. I advise getting more than one bracelet, they will last longer and it's fun to change up the colors. The Fitbit company has be wonderful to deal with.. Never a problem, they respond quickly and are very helpful. The last thing bad that happened was my fault. I lost my bracelet with the tracker. So i sent them and email telling them what happened and asked if they could sell me just the tracker even a refurbished would have been good. They sent me a brand new Fitbit.. The product is new it's going to have problems but I think the company wonderful and they care about their customers.and yes because of it I am starting to lose weight the healthy way.

Not accurate. Difficult to use. I downloaded a free app on my iphone that is much better for counting steps. A total waste of $$.

I bought this once and had to replace when the battery wouldn't charge. Second model wouldn't connect to the phone. Useless for the money spent. Traded it for another better model

Bought for wife. Fell off her wrist within one week and was lost. Strap design terrible; not easy to get on wrist, not very secure once it is on wrist. better to get the fob.

Bought two of these and both stopped working with-in one week of each other. Do not like to write negatives but this was a waste of money sad to say.

This is my 3rd Fitbit. They do not last. This one was charged exactly two times before it stopped working. I tried all the fixes. This one will be returned.

I purchased this Fitbit for my girlfriend for Christmas. The pricing was great at the time and the product itself seems to be of good quality. The battery life is great and have only had to charge it 3 times since it has been opened. The band seems to get dirty really easily and doesn't seem to clean up that well. This can be easily fixed by selecting a darker color band, so I cannot fault the product itself.

The directions were not included. The download of info and setup crashed many times. I returned it and was not satisfied with the product at all. Not Best Buy quality.

A friend who knows her way around Bluetooth recommended it. Too much trouble for me. Went back to two different Best Buy Geek Squads and no one could help me.

Bought the fitbit and have tried to charge it twice and sync and it will do neither. It won't even hold a charge. I have the receipt and will be taking it back

Could not wear because of the terrible rash it caused on my wrist because of the cheap grade of nickel on the back of the device. Sent back and got a Polar unit.

I got the Fitbit mostly to keep track of steps and sleep, because I was curious. Turns out it's very interesting and empowering to know you walk a couple of miles a day just doing nothing special. It makes actually getting some real exercise less intimidating. And the sleep data is fascinating. Does NOT track REM sleep, just sleep generally. Has a simple, modern, attractive look, not uncomfortable to wear.

I want my money back or need it replaced!! it does not hold a charge. I bought for wife and it has not worked from day one. I have one and it works fine.

I have had to exchange my fit bit 2 times in a month. Any vibration confuses the fit bit like driving or pushing a shopping cart. Not worth the money.

I purchased on sale, & I'm so dissatisfied with the performance. The brain quit working after two weeks. Never again. Do not buy.

I bought the fit. The fit stopped working within 2 weeks. I returned the fit and got a charge HR instead. The charge is great!!!!
