We have been using the Fitbit flex for a few years and actually wore through the first band. This is a great device for keeping track of your activity progress. Great choice for the price.

I first owned a Flex which broke after 4 months. Best buy was so good to take it back and I tried the Charge. So far I am very pleased. I like that it is also a watch and informs me about incoming calls. It seems not to need a charge as often as the Flex.

The flex is a great way to become more aware of how active or inactive you are. I initially bought this but after seeing everything it could do I bumped up to the charge HR and gave this to my daughter now we are both on our way to a healthier lifestyle

I had one and lost it, was very disappointed. When Best Buy had them on sale because the next generation came out, I looked at the next gen and decided this was what I wanted. Easy to use, I forget it's on my arm. Quality product, easy website and app.

Im pleased that the device works as advertised in tracking my daily steps. It can be a bit difficult to put it into sleep mode by tapping it at times, so i use the app on my phone to do so.

Brought this for my wife and she loves it. Easy to set up and easy to use. It tracks your steps and amout sleep

I havent tried any other tracker but this works fine for me (I dont really work out). I love the color and its easy to use EXCEPT the gray gasp for the first times. Other than that its ok.

Great tool to encourage one towards health and making one aware of the number of steps they have actually walked or run including a display of mileage and calories burned are really good features.

I love my Fitbit. It's quite accurate, and wearing it all day provides a nice incentive to take some extra steps whenever possible. The social media aspect of the online site is fun (my wife and I are playful rivals) and I'm also enjoying tracking my food intake to lose weight (I'm reliably dropping a pound a week and am already 1/3 of the way to my desired weight). My only gripe is the frequent recharging — probably nothing to do about it unless the Flex were to use watch batteries — but since it tracks activity during the day and sleep patterns at night, I never want to take it off!

It's great for tracking my steps however it does track arm motion so when I'm say burping a baby in gaining more steps while doing that as well, but it's motivating to get moving!

This is a great tool for a beginner and someone who only wants to be mindful of their steps. It's a bonus to be able to see my sleep patterns. I'm so glad a friend introduced me to this.

This product is nice for checking your activity. Easy to use with android or IOS. Battery can be longer and not easy to recharge it because it does use a personnal charger. Wristband can be better quality: hard to fix it and sometimes does move of your wrist.

I have been a fan since I first laid eyes on this tracker. I wear it every day typically all day...except for the shower. I recommend trying it out. Get those 10,000 steps a day. Compete with people on the fitbit website...it is really too much fun.

My wife purchased the Fitbit Flex as a gift for me and it has been outstanding. In fact, I never take it off!! Now that we each have one, we use the iPhone app to keep track of our daily activity and sleep patterns. Great piece of tech for the price.

A great tool to keep motivated throughout the day, while it tracks steps it keeps you motivated to complete your daily goal if not surpass the daily goal that you have set for yourself.

I use this tracker for steps, miles walked and sleep patterns. I can also input the water intake, food & exercise. I love it. I challenge myself and also my friends to keep us motivated.

My doctor wanted me to track my sleep and this Fitbit was adequate for that. Not a huge fan of how icky the inside of the tracker holder gets. Upgraded to the HR when it came out.

Flex makes it easy to understand several key health factors and what is necessary to improve. I am loving the daily look aND weekly updates. Only needs to be charge 1 time a week.

Overall I would recommend this device as a great fitness tool - it's a good motivator and wearing it on your wrist is easy (instead of slipping a pedometer into your pocket, especially if you don't always have pockets in what you're wearing if you're a female) - that being said, it's a bit difficult to attach to your wrist as the clip is not easy to use and is also prone to breakage. Since i've owned this for a couple of weeks, I'm not sure if spare clips are sold without the bracelets or not (yet). The initial setup was a bit frustrating as I ran into problems accessing the server, however since then it's been fine. I'm still trying to figure out how it comes up with the calorie allowance for the day as each day it's a different amount! Not sure why! Seeing a few other small issues, but no show stoppers. There are a few bugs in the software that need to be worked out (IMHO). :)
