Keeps me motivated, in a daily competition with my friend would recommend. I attached an o-ring around the clasp just to make sure it doesn't accidentally get knocked loose. I wear 24/7 no problems.

I own the HR2 by Fitbit and I am quite happy with it thus far. I wanted to purchase a Fitbit for my daughter but wanted one that was simple and easy to use with fewer features. For the price, the Flex was just right for her. Its smaller size fits her wrist perfectly and doesn't appear or feel bulky on her. She's happy and so am I.

I love my fitbit. It has all I need to keep track of what's going on in my life right now. I'm still trying to figure out my sleep and meal tracks! It tracks my steps and I'm one happy gal!

Great for motivating you to walk. Sleep mode is not very useful. Dashboard can be used in basic form or more advanced , you decide.

I have had soooo many different pedometers from various manufacturers. I know the importance of tracking my activity, and yet was incredibly frustrated at the number of poor quality products on the market. And their price! I found several positive reviews for the fitbit so thought I would give it a try. Love how easy it is to read, the tracking systems and the alerts. It even reminds me to charge the battery. Wish I had found this earlier. Absolutely love it!

Makes me move! So easy to set up and maintain. Fun to see how I am doing compared to my friends. Didn't like it so much when my trainer got one---now he sends messages every day to get moving!!

Love the product. Great motivator. Also this model is narrow which is less obtrusive then the others. Only does not count flights of steps as other models and no heart rate. But I love it.

I love my Fitbit and am now in competition with my daughter to improve my exercise and movement. It is a fun and effective way to keep track of my steps and or lack of them during the day.

I love it. I didn't think that I was getting much sleep but now I know that I'm only getting and avg. If 4 1/2 hours per night. Working on getting more. Love that it tells me my avg. For the week.

Both of my children are away at college. I often wonder if they are getting enough exercise. I got the Fitbit for them for Christmas. They use them everyday and report their activities to me.

The Fitbit Flex is easy to set up and use. The web interface that displays your activity and data is easy to navigate. The wrist band is decently comfortable to wear. I liked it until I started to install the mobile app. I bought the Fitbit planning to use the Android app with my phone. Then I read the permissions you give the app when you install it including the following. "Read your contacts. Allows the app to read data about your contacts stored on your phone, including frequency with which you've called, emailed, or communicated with specific individuals. This permission allows apps to save your contact data..." What reason would they have to collect your contact information? If they collect that what else are they collecting and who are they sharing it with?

easy to set up, easy to track your steps, food intake and sleep. Great product would definitely recommend it
