The charger need a little help to keep the device plugged in so it can get charged- I use a small safety pun to fill the gap. The battery life last several days. I am very pleased with my Fitbit!

cannot believe how easy it is to use. The sales associate at Best Buy set it up completely for me and made sure everything was sync'd to my I phone. Great product and better service!!!

Absolutely love my Fitbit! It motivates me to park farther from the mall or grocery store, or take the stairs rather than the elevator, as I love to see how many steps I've taken each day.

Compact, easy to wear, pretty accurate on steps taken although probably over-estimates the amount of sleep you get. All in all, in the first two weeks, it has shaped my behavior to remind me to be more active and take more walks on unplanned hiking days so it's doing it's job. Would like to have a readout on my wrist so I'm thinking about upgrading.

I've used the sleep tracker feature a lot. It's worked great for me to see my sleep patterns. The other features are very useful as well.

Love the fitbit flex, the app for this is user friendly, the battery life is long,I wear it every where.the charger works great and the band's are comfortable.I would recommend this product.

The flex is a terrific step counter- I have found that it's highly accurate and is great at tracking my sleep as well. The mobile app is awesome too, I love that you can challenge friends!

I bought the FitBit Flex several weeks ago and have worn it almost every day. It's great to help provide incentive to walk a little more when you're getting close to the next milestone, and is a lot of fun to challenge friends and walk more to beat them. The steps it registers are based on arm movements so I can sit in one spot, wave my arm around and get 20 steps, so it's not super accurate. It is, however, a good incentive to do just a little bit more walking than your normal day gives to hit your daily goal.

It sounds over dramatic to say I can't live without it....but honestly it's become that much a part of my daily life. I love the competitiveness of the Fitbit community and use my tracked activity synced with MyFitnessPal to gauge my daily calorie allowance. the reason I don't give it five stars is because they havent perfected the battery reliability...I have not had one device last a year yet...though I haven't found anything better and fitbit warranty and customer service are good. Save your receipt just in case.

The fitbit keeps me motivated to walk. It is small enough for my petite arm, which prevented me from getting a model which showed info on the device itself, rather than on a cell phone.

I love this product. It helps remind me that i need to get up from my office chair and go walk around. The friend challenges are a great way to add some competition to your every day life.

I got this for my mom on Mother's Day and she loves it. She competes in weekly challenges that motivate her to get up and move around more.

My wife and I purchased these to help motivate us into starting an exercise program. We like the weekly challenges and I really like the way it helps keep track of your daily food intake.
