This is helpful for anyone as we all know we don't get enough sleep, but this is tremendous for someone with sleeping problems! Now I can truly see how often stirred and even got up. I forget about trying to add up my sleep and just try to get my sleep. Then I can look back and see the issues or sleep total. It is helping me aim for more consistent times and getting more sleep. And that in addition to help with step and calorie goals.

Purchased A New One, Battery Trouble, Called Fit Bit And They Are Sending A Replacement. Other Than That, Great Device, You Can Track Your Progress.
