Like my fit bit but was expecting a little more. Have difficulty with fastening the band. I have to fasten with band off then squeeze over my hand. The buzzing when I hit goal is a little intense. Funny that fit bit steps don't jive with the program on my cell phone.

The ease of keeping track of my health and activity is number 1

A great idea for those who walk and are trying to get healthy. Very accurate and easy to use. The app can be more dynamic. But it serves the purpose it was designed to do.

Really easy to wear and use. Charges easily with my laptop. Online application is very easy to synch and record other things such as food, weight, BP,glucose or other things you want to track. Love that you can wear it in the shower too.

Nice companion app, seems to be fairly accurate. The band is comfortable and you forget it is there most of the time. Would be 5 stars but the sleep tracking is spotty at best, and the diet tracking portion of the app is a pain and not really worth the time investment.

The Fitbit Flex remains the premiere fitness tracker. I would only give it four stars though due to it's cumbersome and difficult-to-adjust wristband. I have found some aftermarket wristbands through French Bull that are much easier and work with the flex very well.

This is my second Fitbit (previous one lasted more than 2) and my health routine revolves around it. I can track my calories, excericse, sleep, water and food intake. Keeps me honest. I have the scale too. I love it!

This is a great product fir those who want to lose weight. It tracks steps, calories burned, your sleep, and easily connects with other weight loss apps and websites. Forget to take it off for a shower? No problem! It's water resistant!

Great little device, keeps track of steps very well. The website syncs well with myfitnesspal as well which is nice to combine with this device. The wrist band may scratch after some use but only if you work under the hood of cars like myself. The one thing that stops this product from getting 5 starts from me is the lack of bluetooth connectivity with my Droid 4. They quickly blame the phone manufacture for not supporting bluetooth libraries but that sounds more like an excuse to me. Check if your phone supports this device on thier list otherwise you'll be limited to the usb dongle that comes in the box for use on a PC.

The device is great ! However, the band holding the device is very difficult to attach. It requires more than one person to attach. The band needs a redesign ! I have called Fitbit Customer service and they sent me more bands, they were just as difficult to attach

I got the flex to help keep track of my steps, sleep, and food intake. Starting to get healthier. It has helped me tremendously. I love that I can link with my friends and partake in challenges. This is a great product. I'd recommend to anyone. Also a lot cheaper then the apple watch. I love apple products but this was way more affordable for me.

Great product highly recommended the only issue is it doesn't count altitude ie stairs. You burn calories differently when you moving up and down them. So when i'm at working and i go up and down the stairs 20-30 times a day those extra calories get missed. Considering that it's something thats displayed on the fitbit summary page you figured they'ed make devices ESPECIALLY wrist worm premium trackers configured that way. Even the clip on trackers short of the zip has it. Other than that no complaints. Love the alarm clock. Love the vibrate for daily goal. Worth it hopefully they get it right with the Force 2.0.
