I love my FitBit, it has helped keep me on track

I love that I can sync it up with MyFitnessPal and it automatically reports my calories burned for the day. I love the app on my iPhone that allows me to check my step count wherever I am. I love the sleep tracker. My FitBit has helped keep me on track with my activity level, which in turn helps me keep an eye on my calories, which has helped me to lose 10 lbs. since buying it. I'm not complaining about that!

Great gadget for monitoring steps, calories, etc..

It is a great tool in keeping track of calories and hours slept but you need to be diligent in recording food eaten and making sure you put it to sleep mode when going to bed. My only complaint would be that it is a little sensitive. If mowing lawn or riding a bike it gets put into sleep mode easy. Also, I wish it supported more smart phones as I would like to keep track of my activity that way also.
