Wish we would have upgraded so at least it has a watch to tell time. App works well.

Bought this for my husband for Fathers Day hoping it would get him more active. He insisted that it wasn't going to be that useful however, he is now wearing it everyday and making an effort to reach those 10,000 steps. He likes the interface and is even trying the food tracking piece.

The only negative thing that I can say about this item is that it needs more instructions. But other than that this is a great product.

This was lots of fun to use. I do question the accuracy of the info but its good for getting an average of idea of your intake and activities. Also a great motivational tool as well. Can get a little pesky at times since u have to enter in water and calorie intake manually.

I really love keeping track of my exercise habits.

I love this device! It challenges me to walk more and more..I am up to goal of 16,000 steps a day now. I like that it calculates calories even " at rest", adds calorie counts for other exercise activities and keeps track of sleep times. I am much more aware of time spent sitting as the graph shows actual activity time and 'doing little/no activity' time.

Easy to use stays charged for a long time and easily syncs to phone

This is my second FitBit! I am so sold on it! I love everything it documents - for the best possible walk to every day activities. I have convinced my friend to get one and now we are in competition for steps and distance. I will be getting another FitBit Flex for my daughter's birthday. I like that it does not display steps, but is discreet in my goals.

I love this product. It helps me and my boyfriend stay motivated and also allows us to compete with each other. You can track your calories with the easy to use app and the accompanying scale automatically downloads into the app so that you can track your weight loss progress. I would definitely recommend this to anyone just starting out on a fitness regime.

The competition is fantastic and keeps you moving. The only time it comes off our wrist is to charge it once a week. I encourage others that need motivation to purchase this.

I think this is a great product. It does as it says it will. You don't have to worry about it. It does a pretty good job at tracking best I can tell. It is water resistant so can shower with it on. Just can't see exactly how many steps or distance without getting out your phone. But don't have to worry about it falling out of pocket or losing. So that part is easier.

Love it! silly little thing really. but I like knowing that if I walk another half a mile, I've reached my goal on daily activity. the bracelet is very comfortable and non obtrusive. I like to synch this program with my personal fitness pal and it works well. not cheap, but if you are trying to be more conscious of your activity..........it's really an awesome tool!

This product has been working great for months after the purchase and has lots of flexibility when watching calories with other programs

If you can find one, the Flex is pretty simple to use. Must be setup with care but then it's low maintenance. For $100 I would have expected it to have an altimeter like their other models. Sure hope they expand the array of phones you can sync with faster than they have so far.

The Flex gives you awesome info for the active person looking to track their activity but too busy to write it down. The goal notification is nice because it vibrates when you hit your daily goal. The online layout is very easy to read. A big reason I went with the Fitbit was to help track my sleep and it really brings to light the quality of sleep you get at night.
