Did not like the wrist band.Have arthritis in hand

Mine came undone and I lost the whole thing. Best buy was not helpful but the fit it company that I contacted myself has been responsive.. However still no solution!

Not attractive to wear, especially at work.

It could be me, but I couldn't stand wearing that band all the time. I checked it for accuracy and would purposely take a couple steps, it would register several... As in 20 or better. I slept in it, and ran in it and that rubbery band was so annoying! Fitbit One has none of these issues for the same price, plus several options for how you can wear it on your body.

The snaps and battery doesnt work right

I set it up so I will get an email notification when the battery is low. Didn't work. Then it takes forever to charge. I think the battery is not great or something. I have only had my fitbit for 3 week.

Sad Really

The unit itself does a horrible job tracking activities. I can be doing whole workouts and it doesn't register a thing. With how many new companies are producing these for much better prices I wish I would have waited...
