I have purchased a few of these now for me and other family members. I have also gotten the aria scale to sync my weight progress. I am looking to update my band to their newest verson which also does caller id

I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my mother but had to return it. We thought this product was accurate, but it was counting her every wrist movement as a step, which caused for an inaccurate step count because she moves her hands a lot while she works, but doesn't necessarily walk while moving her hands. Returned the product because it defeated the purpose.

My husband and I have been talking about living a more healthy lifestyle, so I got one Fitbit for me, and one for my husband. We both like it, and we have a contest every day to see who has the most steps.

Bought this for my freshman while he was attending band camp and WOW the steps they take marching is amazing !! He wears it everyday and loves it

The charge HR is a bit more expensive but does a better job with tracking.

I was worried about this fit bit not displaying my step count on the screen, but I've found the dashboard to be a great tool & the lights keep me updated on progress towards my daily goal. I also really like the silent alarm. The only complaint I have is the band is not totally secure and has fallen off twice in the week Ive had it. Luckily both times I was able to recover it.

I loved it but returned it to get the Charger HR for my heart rate display. But what makes the watch is the app. So wouldnt mattered. Love it

This Fitbit works very well and is comfortable to wear. It can be a bit challenging when first putting it on but after putting it on and off several times it's gotten to be very easy. I enjoy the friends feature.

My wife bought this item. She uses for keeping track of steps and to monitor sleep patterns. Works perfectly and fits well

If I haven't met my steps for the day I will run in place to accomplish this. I love reviewing my sleep log. It's interesting to see how many times I actually am not fully asleep. Battery last about 6-7 days and only takes about 3 hours to charge. I can keep track of food and drink. Love it! It makes me aware of exercise and has helped me loose weight. It has changeable bands and I can also add off brand accessories to it too dress it up. Love my Fitbit flex!

My husband where's his at work and loves it we can see each others steps and we try to beat each other but he works on a drill ship so I am glad it is durable.

I was looking for an inconspicuous, but highly versatile tracker and found the fitbit to be the perfect choice. visual and sensory indications tell you how yow are doing toward meeting your goals. Great buy.

The basic FitBit is a wonderful device that makes it fun and easy to keep track of your walking exercise! The ONLY downside is that you do need to change the battery several times a year. Otherwise -- great!

I love the Fitbit flex. I bought one for my wife and my son as well. Now everyone is shooting for that daily goal. We'll probably graduate to the higher level fit bit at some point, but these work great.

I would upgrade and spend extra to get the heart monitor and display.this is my first tracker product.

Overall, this is a great product. I like how it measures my sleep patterns because it shows how restless you are during sleep even though you thought you slept well. It's just really interesting to see the changes throughout the week. The activity tracker is pretty good. Sometimes it doesn't register the whole duration of exercise but for the most part it's pretty accurate.

My first Fitbit Flex broke in less than a month from purchase. I did nothing to break it, it just simply lost its charging capabilities. I had read up on the problem online and it sounded like a lot of people were dealing with the same issue. Luckily, I bought the 2 year replacement plan for the bracelet and it was replaced without any hassle. I found it funny though that when I took it to Best Buy the employee at the Geek Squad customer service said they had been having a lot of trouble with the battery not charging. If I hadn't purchased the replacement plan, I think I would have been out of luck. Also, the mobile application needs A LOT of work. The graphs are not clearly described and it is hard to change your eating and exercise when the graphs are providing data that is rather useless. I do like how comfortable the bracelet is and receive many questions and compliments about it. I also enjoy the wireless sync feature, but overall, the bracelet does not do enough for the cost and I don't necessarily think it is worth all the money especially since it is poorly built.
