It has encouraged me to get up an move to achieve a goal of 10k steps per day. Several of my friend have one too and we can monitor each other and get us to become more active together.

Battery life is great and the text and email reminders to charge the battery is awesome. The weekly emails about your performance is a huge plus.

It keeps me very motivated to keep moving and track what I eat. love how it gives you a daily calorie goal and shows the totals for calories, fat, sodium etc. the sleep tracker is interesting too.
