    So much better than a fancy pedometer. Tracks your steps, active minutes, distance, food and water. The app is super easy to use as well. Sometimes it takes a well to register steps but it just pushed me to move more.

    I think the fit bit is a great way to motivate people to exercise. I park further away now just to get more steps counted. I'm glad I bought the fit bit.
