The fitbit is a great tool for those who like to monitor their activity throughout the day. Also a great tool for monitoring sleep patterns.

great for starting out keeps me motivative work out longer try harder each day. I have lost 20pds in 40days thanks to ww and my fitbit

The Fitbit is an easy way to keep track of by daily activity, food intake, sleep patterns, etc.

Bought for a friend who wanted to track their activity. It has encouraged them to become even more active than before. Very easy to use.

Really great idea but had to exchange once already as it just quit working (continuously vibrated)for no apparent reason.

It's great to be able to see how many steps you've taken throughout the day, and then to be able to compare it with your friends as well.

Works great for tracking sleep and walking distance.. Input items eaten for caloric intake. Vibrating alarm works great too!

I tested the step count (about 400 steps, steady pace, not carrying anything) and it measured within 1% - not too shabby!! Would be nice if it had a step count readout or battery life indicator but I do appreciate the simplicity of a single row of blinking lights.....still would like a battery indicator. Died on me twice without a warning. To get a warning, your smartphone has to be continually syncing - which taxes the smartphone's battery. Overall, I like it. The wife keeps forgetting her FitBit One, I don't have that problem......

It's great! I use it for tracking my steps at work and outside of work and compete with my family for who has the most steps!

Easy to use, comfortable, and a great motivator to remind me to stay active and healthy. Nice updates to software and app!!

Requires set up and must learn how to use and program. Sensitive charging connections.

So easy to use and is compatible with both your phone and computer. Bands are comfy to wear and not too big. Battery charges fast too.

Great activity tracker trending and tracking many functions. Would have preferred unit with clock function, but not currently available.

Overall it's a great product. I syncs with my phone well and seems to be pretty accurate.

My flex stopped syncing as well as counting steps at about four months. Best buy gave me a new one no questions asked.

I can easily say that fitbit has changed my life. Since I started using it I lost 57lbs and it helped me become more active and move!.

I like the way it tracks sleep and steps taken but I doesn't work so well on elliptical.

Would highly recommend for weight loss. Helpful with calorie intake and great for motivation. I lost 4 pounds in first two weeks of use.

I have gone through every generation of fitbit. Compared to the older one models this one has a shorter battery life. I find that it last about one week, sometimes a bit less. Like the first version, it does not track any vertical climb progress, not a big deal, but I didn't realize I would loose this feature until after I received mine. Overall more convenient to have on you all the time, its hard to forget.
