This is a good activity monitor as long as you don't expect to much from it. Really like the sleep monitoring. It is a pain to put on but you no more than you take it off it's not much of an issue. It is far more pleasant to wear than the fuelband. Haven't tried the jawbone up, but I can't imagine it's any better than this and at 30 dollars less this is a no brainer.

Helps me keep track and be more active. Also reminds me of keeping hydrated.

I gave this as a gift to my daughter. She raves about this gift and loves it!! Tracks all her movements every day.

I wanted a device that would count the number of steps that I was taking each day. My phone had that capability but I did not always carry it so it missed many steps. The FitBit stays on your wrist sp it is always there. I would have given it 5 starts but the wrist band broke within a little more than a week. The company sent me a new one but it took a while.

The Fitbit is easy to use and the information can be easily read on my cell phone. Makes achieving fitness more fun.

I was a little disappointed at first when I realized the product was just a pedometer for the wrist. I thought it had sensors that will monitor HR. Then After I added friends I realized that it made me want to walk and exercise more to beat my friends, which I enjoy and think is worth the cost. It is also pretty cool that it will track your food and water intake.
