Even for people who aren't hitting the gym every day, a tangible device which sits on your wrist and occasionally blinks and vibrates is a gentle nudge to stop sitting around.

Awesome Tracker

It works great and does what it says it will do. The only problem I have with it is that sometimes I do think it is a watch and I can't actually check the time with it like the Force.
