It works very well and don't realize it is on. Has an alert when you reach your step goal. Has reminders on mobile device once you get within 2000 steps of your steps goal. Am very please with calorie portion as well. My having to input what I eat and immediate calorie count makes me watch what I eat.

don't really know if information collected is correct. A few minutes after I get up it already says I have burned 500 calories. Also seems like it adds steps even if I am sitting at work. If I count my steps, it always adds a greater amount. However, it is keeping me more aware of intake and output.

Good gear, but changes to sleep mode too easily. For example when clapping at a sporting event, it can misread the clap as a tap that changes to sleep. Nice app integration though and syncs info easily to your iPhone. I bought the as a gift, and he really likes it except for the sleep mode trigger.

I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to know how active their life is.

The prefer using my Iphone during my workout, which is user friendly.

I've been obsessed with the sleep tracking feature. I also am enjoying knowing how many steps I've taken in the day. I can usually predict about how many I've taken, but when I know I'm close to 10,000 I know that I want to reach it. Good for people who like goals and data. The online information is also wonderful.

I love the wristband. It's very easy to use and works great with the scale as well.

I purchased this at the recommendation of two friends who currently have and they had said they were pleased with its tracking and components. I'm happy to say I've purchased and it is tracking my steps and gauging my progress well. Would recommend to someone for under $100 it is a good reliable item

I'm not such a fan of some of the wristband trackers. If my arm isn't swaying or moving, it doesn't count. That includes pushing a stroller or a shopping cart all over Target .... or say you walk about 5 miles a night as a server, if you're holding a tray, you could walk 8,000 steps and it won't show up. I think my little Fit Zip is more accurate than this.
