I realized I slept better than I thought some nights and worse than I thought some nights. I also like that from the app, you can put in a meal program. I have the black band and it goes with everything.......

Not much tracking

The steps counter is fine, but very subject to non walking activity. I used to have a Basis product, but my employer uses a fitness program which works with FitBit, which is why I switched. The flex however does only steps for me and that not very good.
