Great product! Lots of fun to use. Easy set up and use.

After having the Jawbone UP24 for 4 months (and having had to return it every 7 weeks - 4 times), I decided to go with the FitBIt Flex. So far, so good, although I have only had it for about one month. Many more features with this than the Jawbone UP24 offered.

Charged slowly. totally .died at 3 weeks, faulty clasp - falls off all the time , no customer service..website was not helpful..very disappointed!

Overall the product does what it says it does. For the cost it is good compared to others out there. Wish it could track a few additional items without having to log them manually, but since you can have access to logs on phone and computers it isn't to bad.

I have lost 11pounds so far with this. So easy and simple.

I wanted this fitbit, but now that I have it, I am not impressed. It does nothing special but track the number of steps. My phone does that. In my opinion, I would not recommend this product.

The fitbit is wonderful. i am going to get the fitbit scales to go with it...it helps me to sdtay focused on my exercise and dieting regimen...it is fun to compete with my friends..i got one for my mother and for my father as well and they love their fitbits too

I love my fitbit and have already convinced 4 people to buy one for themselves. I even got one as a birthday gift for my mother and now people at work want one too! This is an amazing product and I love it and would highly recommend anyone who wants the best of the best tracking device to get the FitBit! You forget its even there!

I really enjoyed this fitbit however the band cracked after being used after a pretty short time. I did enjoy it while the band lasted. Maybe I wore it too many times in the shower,.

I use my fit all the time to track my steps and sleep.

I'm only giving this product a 3-star rating. It great if you are not what seems to be the 1 of every 100 customers that gets one that goes caputz after a week of use.y wife and I. Both bought one and hers died after 10 days. She got another already. It seems like these have a very high mortality rate. Although it seems like that would be a small inconvenience, not everyone has the funds or a retail store to just go get another one so they can wait for a replacement. I have still recommended these tho friends but with the advisement that it could die.
