Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

My fitbit has been on my wrist since I purchased. It does a great job at counting steps and keeps me accountable. Only complaint is the battery life and it is not compatible with the model of Motorola Razr that I have, but I knew that when I bought it. I hope the do some upgrades to make it compatible.

This device will definitely "rat you out" if you sit on the couch. If you want to take full advantage, however, you will need to manually enter data on water, food consumption, sleep times and exercise types. Battery does NOT last 5 days between charges- more like 3 days. AND remember in the 2-3 hours it takes to charge the thing, you are loosing data. Bands come in colors which are nice, but at least this thing should show you the time since you have to wear it AND a watch and that just looks silly.

improved design makes tracker more secure lost 2 of the previous models. New bands and clips readily available at a nominal fee. Band would seem to be weak link in long term use and clip design may be hard for some with weak wrist or arthritis to deal with as tracker need to be removed from band to charge

Can't ever tell what mode you're in, asleep or awake. If you try to tap to shut off an alarm it often changes from one mode to another and you won't realize it. Does look a lot better especially with the extra colored bands

Although my band broke almost immediately, the fitbit company replaced it very quickly. I like that you can also track more information if you would like, such as calories and that you can share your information to "compete" with a friend.

Great gadget, I traded it in from the fitbit flex. Definitely better then the flex, the LED makes it very easy to see how many steps, distance, calories burned. I am Deaf, this also makes a great alarm clock with the vibration.

    Poor Service for broken band

I purchase a fitbit at best buy. Within 7 days, the band came apart. It didn't break, it just came apart where it was glued together. A clear defect. Best buy refused to replace. They got another $25 from me because I bought replacement bands. It's the last time I'll every shop best buy.

For the money you pay it's not that great. Battery life is ok. It basically is just a pedometer which you can get for a lot cheaper. Color options are nice though.

I ran out to as soon as I saw it available and the store had it in stock. Couldn't wait to replace my fitbit ultra so I could sync with my iPhone. Took some time to put on my wrist and make sure it was secure. After trying it out for 20 min. I felt it was uncomfortably bulky. I play golf and this would not do. I wear my fitbit ultra everyday whether at work or play and have no problem. I returned the flex and bought the one and am very happy. This product would be great if thinner and if it had a clasp to put on and secure.

Great for easy synching, better than the jawbone. It's lack of ability to scan what you eat for nutritional input is where it falls behind the jawbone in fitness trackers. Great way to check your goal without having your phone.

This Fitbit has an accurate reading but lacks the ability to see your steps, activity.. You have to rely on your phone app or tablet app to see your results..

I had FitBit One before and lost is after two years. I wanted a wrist band style and thought the Flex would satisfy my needs. It just didn't work for me. Nothing wrong with it and it was what was advertised.

I am satisfied with the Bitfit Flex because it tracks everything I need it to without being bulky looking. I forget I have it on and the amount of information that this thing can track is amazing. Must have for somebody looking to take their activity monitoring to the next level!

Like it and have used it everyday since I got it. Only thing is it doesn't say the steps on the bracelet. It just has lights. You have to look at the app on your phone that's synced up to see the exact step count.

I returned this item primarily because I could not sync it with my iPhone (yes I'm one of those people who still has just an iPhone 4). Of course I didn't realize this until I got it home and started the set up process. This device will sync with the 4S or 5 but not the 4. Without the ability to manage the Fitbit from a mobile device, it becomes nothing more than an expensive pedometer/alarm clock. I also question the accuracy of the tracking. I wore it while fishing for a full day and I racked up 18,000 steps due to the constant movement of my arms - hmmm. My husband bought one at the same time and he loves his - he has an iPhone 5.

I bought this for my wife. She was using it pretty regularly for a few weeks. She discovered that sitting in the rocking chair and rocking added steps to her tracking. Now she only wears it when she goes running/walking.

The info gathered is fun to watch but needs to be read Correctly and not misunderstood. Steps are NOT exercise and some things are counted as physical activity but you need 30 min of higher physical activity to count.

Nice one to use. Although it tends to go into sleep mode at times, it is very helpful if one wants to start on a fitness regimen and be consistent. Not sure about the sleep patterns though - will use more and review later.

I am in the process with reaching out to FITBIT to replace my tracker. My mother has it for a short period of time and its not working correctly. Sort of upset about this. Therefore I have to rate it as 2 stars.
