Could be improved with (a) waterproof casing to allow auto-tracking of swimming activity and (b) an XL band to provide more comfortable fit for XL folks that possibly could benefit most from the product.

My husband and I bought this for my mother in law to help her with keeping track of her walking and activity, as she is currently battling breast cancer. She uses it when ever she goes out.

I found it extremely difficult to get on my wrist. The accuracy of the data was questionable because moving my arms added steps. I wanted it to track my sleep patterns and it did an average job.

Didn't like how you can't see how many steps you've walked just by looking at it. Go for the Charge version.

Great for the cost. Could be better. Best tracker on the market currently.

Works well for those who focus on walking. For serious runner I would recommend the charger or another brand that supports the Nike plus app. Great for beginners and it gets the job done.

excellent product but be aware the battery dies in a few months even if you juice it properly so get the insurance.

I found this to be a good conscience. The app that goes along with it is very good. I had no trouble sleeping with it. I retired it when I got an Apple Watch. I don't miss the sleep monitor.

I find the sleep data interesting. The Fitbit that is worn on the hip seemed to count more steps than the Flex. I like the connectivity with smartphone & push notifications a you are nearing your goal.

clasp sucks! Lost it after only wearing for a month

The Fitbit Flex is a great bargain for a fitness monitor. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles, it does count steps and monitor your sleep and you can set up an online account to monitor your fitness. It is well worth the inexpensive cost.

The fitbit flex is awesome...love that it transmits data to my fitness pal...I also love how it keeps track of my water intake. Would recommend fit to everyone...helps keep you accountable and motivated.

This gadget works great. The only issue I have is the metal clamp isn't designed very well. It sometimes can fall off your wrist and you don't even realize it. Overall its great and simple.

I wanted to challenge my friends to see who can get the most steps in a month.. So this was the one we were all using. It just took too long to secure the fit bit i have completely stopped using.

Love my Fitbit ! It has been just the push I needed to get moving and have challenges with my friends. It is helping me improve my energy and stamina which is helping me keep up with my grandkids.

I bought this for my girlfriend during Christmas of 2014 and it is STILL her favorite accessory. She doesn't leave the house without it and she loves being able to switch out the bands. Great gift for someone wanting to become more active and healthy.

I have the Fitbit ONE as well and I personally like that better but this wasn't bad. I gave it a 4 out of 5 b/c the latch is not the greatest. I kept hitting it an amost came of a couple of times.

This was a gift that the recipient did not want. She took it back and got much more expensive model. But, had she tried this one out, she would had found out what I did...THAT'S IT GREAT! And sometimes you just don't need the bells and whistles!

Had the Flex for 13 days and it stopped working. Went to the fitbit forums. Followed directions. Didn't work. Talked to Customer Support, very nice, worked for about 14 hours. Stopped. Called CS again. Followed directions. Worked for less than 2 hours. Not working at all. Never got it wet. Never damaged it. Treated it like a baby. Won't sync. Won't hold a charge. Will replace once. If second fitbit doesn't work I want my money back.

Love this band! The only issue is that sometimes if I am doing something that shakes,vibes or moves my arm too much it will put it on sleep mode. Other than that Ibprefer this over the tiny fitbit.
