I haven't been able to use it since it is not synced with my phone. I probably need to go into the store for help.

I love this device it keeps me on track thoughout the day. I wish this device synced with more devices for vacations and long weekends. Otherwise daily home use is good.

I love being held accountable for my goal steps per day, put the fitbit site tracking system is never accurate. Also, the band on the fitbit is terrible, falls off.

The product lived up to its description. I would recommend buying ot to anyone looking for a good tracker.

It has been great as I am working to make lifestyle changes. Really like the silent alarm feature that prompts me to get up from my desk and take a short walk. I like the friends feature for support and the weekly summary.

This is a great tool to help you get on the the path to fitness. It is easy to sync with your phone or other sites and it's great to be able to check where you are for the day so you know what you need to do to reach your goals

I heard a lot about the FitBit Flex before I got this one. Using it now for nearly a month, I have found it very helpful in assisting me with my fitness and lifestyle goals.

It works and was easy to set up. Bought it for a younger daughter. If your an adult I'd buy a different model.

Love this! Also have used Charge HR because I wanted a watch too, but I feel like the flex holds up better and I like that the band is changeable.

So i was a little disappointed. Thought the fit bit would do more then it does. I ended up returning it because my iphone6 does exactly what the fit bit does.

2 weeks after wearing all the time it started to come apart at the seam. the package said you can shower in it so ................ i returned it to the store

I love my fit. The only thing that I dislike was that the band breaks easily from wear. My band broke off and it fell off my wrist.

I really liked the "Flex" overall...eliminates forgetting to clip tracker on or losing/washing tracker. BUT (and this is huge for me) nearly impossible to attach wrist band...I am 67 y/o, but still enjoy tracking my activity and improving my overall health...some of us have hand strength/arthritis issues...perhaps Fitbit will come up with an alternative and I'll be back on board with the "Flex".

This is our 2nd Fitbit Flex for the family; and, 4th Fitbit product over (we also have the Aria Scale and Fitbit Flex). Very happy with the product and online reports (laptop and mobile app) that are available after syncs.

Love the Fitbit! It is convenient & the black goes with everything, business & casual dressed. It has helped me start towards my goal of a healthier lifestyle.

Bought the Fitbit for my wife to replace her Body bug. Great wireless sync feature with any mobile device (my wife uses a mini ipad). Sleep monitor a bonus feature on top of the other fitness sensors. Highly recommended.

Even if it is not used to its potential it is still very useful to a beginner user

It hasn't been very accurate compared to my Omron. Fitbit replaced my first one saying it was defected. I've only had the replacement a couple of days, but so far it isn't tracking with my Omron either...right now my Omron shows 3460 and the fitbit shows 3175. In the past the descrepancie got more as the steps increased. I'm going to play with different stride measurements to see if that helps. I do like the sleep mode and like that I can wear it on my wrist and not think about it.

My issues with the fitbit tracker started the second week I owned it. The app on my device could never sync with the tracker. I will say fitbit was more than willing to help me resolve this issue. They even sent me a replacement tracker. It tracked for two days and started doing the same as the last. The only way I can get it to work is to reboot my device every time I want to use it. Before I could recommend fitbit, they would have to work some bugs out of their system.
