Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

As it tracks by the movement of the arms, it doesn't track well when pushing a stroller, shopping cart, or such. Needs GPS connection.

I should have know I wouldn't be satisfied with something you can only communicate with by tapping or beating on it. Has nice features but you really have to use to dashboard to access the info it logs on you. Had a bit of a problem getting moved from my Zip to the Flex. Geek Squad helped with that. On balance it is ok, this flex, but I probably should have gone with one of the higher end devices.

I really like that this product has a weight scale too. This should make it easier to track things such as my weight and BMI as well.

Gift for older gentleman. Only problem is that it is extremely difficult for him to put on his wrist. Otherwise it's fine.

Basic band. Like: ruggedness. Dislike: issues with charging, app does not allow to reset goals.

The app is somewhat difficult to enter food intake, but the integration with the fitbit, my computer, and the app on my phone is great!

I'm really pleased with my purchase. I love that it's not this big bulky piece and I can wear it wherever I go. I love all the features as well, counting my calories and monitoring my sleep.

    Not What I Thought

It was harder and heavier than I expected. I had imagined it would be like wearing the rubber bracelets with slogans on them. It was not. I did not find it comfortable. I also was not crazy with the thought of it communicating all the time while it was on my body. I didn't realized it worked quite that way. I ultimately returned the Fitbit. I did email customer service for the Fitbit and they were very helpful and responsive.

    Fitbit has work to do

I had a Fitbit Flex for 6 months that struggled from time to time being recharge - often requiring me to do the reset process. Once weekend it finally stopped charging - so I bought this device. That weekend was busy for me - covering over 25,000 steps in two days. In the middle of day two, shortly after getting the vibration that i reached 10,000 steps, it stopped working. Appeared to lose its charge, would not recharge and would not sync to website or mobile app. Ever since, fitbit.com has stopped transmitting data to anotHer site where I keep my health data. So, after 48 hours, the device went back and I bought a Jawbone Up. I figure two dead devices in one weekend fatter only six months of being a customer in unacceptable given the price tag.

The biggest is that it breaks from where the tracker is inserted into wristband. First wristband broke in 6 months.
