I really enjoy my Fitbit Flex and think it's great for tracking my goals. I need to use some of its other features. I have already recommended it to several family members and friends.

Seemed really inaccurate, definitely room for improvements. Counts steps when you move your hand not really when you step.

Wasn't sure how to set it up not a lot of information of how to really work the item. I am still figuring out by trail and error.

Does what I wanted....tracking my steps daily. Battery needs charging every 3 days. Thought it would last longer.

Purchased as a gift for wife but was not sure it was what she wanted. It ended up being more than I expected and just what she wanted. Great value for a starting monitor.

We bought this for my wife's mom for her birthday. She loves it and she is using it to help her get in better shape.

Good tracker battery can be better and app needs more user friendly and more information should be provided for sleep tracker

Had a good look around and whilst Costco were slightly cheaper BB offered a good price and convenience. Product itself is excellent.

Although I like the Fitbit, after less than a year, I could not get it to charge. BestBuy insurance replaced it, no problems.

Excellent fitness tracker, looks good and feel unobtrusive. For $99, it's a definite buy.

I purchased the Fitbit for my wife and she loves the product. Keeps her steps,calories and water intake. She has had no issues and would recommend to everyone she meets.

Love the FitBit. Use as my alarm and impressed with ability to define sleep quality. Find myself walking extra steps to reach my step goal. Only negative is need to charge weekly.

The fitbit was an interesting concept that probably has quite a large space to grow in the next 6 - 12 months but I suspect that this company isn't quite locked in yet. The fitbit was not registering my sleep accurately nor was it accurate when I was engaged in high activity. to be specific, if i was on the elliptical (moveable handles) for 45 - 60 minutes at a rate of 60 -70, the fitbit might give me 30 - 35 minutes of high activity. I don't know if sweat would interfere or not. Also, charging to use there 'elite' online membership after the 1 week trial is a bush league move, in my opinion. If you want to build a company while you are working some kinks out, don't try and suck more money out of them after they already spent over $100 on your product.

Got this for the wife after loosing 2 of the fitbit ones. she likes it better, but does not like that she has to use the app on her phone to see how many steps she has completed.

nice pedometer though it could include better written instructions too instead of just fingering thru the app

I bought 3 of these for family members for Christmas, on the recommendation of friends who have the fitbit and love it! Can't wait to get their reaction when they open this gift!

It does everything I wanted. I would have given 5 stars but the band will come loose at times increasing the risk for loss.

Great if you wear it like a cheap watch. It can not take a lot of bumps otherwise the band falls apart and breaks. Can not wear it around water ( I would not wear it in the shower even though they say its ok) this product does track pretty accurate it was great but broke after 3 weeks. If you buy one I highly recommend the protection plan
