Not over impressed, not under whelmed. The app desperately needs an update to compete with others in the market.

It does everything I wanted but tells time. I'm allergic to metal so it being all plastic is nice.

I purchased the FitBit for my husband for his birthday. I rarely shop at Best Buy, so I am not familiar with their return policy. I purchased the product online, and picked it up in store. I handed the store associate my pickup slip, she handed me the product - my receipt was provided online. No mention of their customer return policy was mentioned at any point in time. Fast forward 9 days - I give the FitBit to my husand for his birthday. He tries it out 2 days later, realizes after about 6 days, he thinks he may not like it as much as he thought he would AND his skin was reacting weirdly to the material. We're now at day 17, and we go to return the FitBit - NO RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT allowed - 15 day policy. We ask to speak with a manager, then another, for at least store credit - resulting in no positive outcome at all. In short, nifty product, but doesn't work for us, and Best Buy ensured that we will not be walking into their store again anytime soon (which stinks, since we're on the market for a flat screen and sound system). Watch that return policy!

Got my fitbit bracelet as a Christmas present.. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to keep track of their steps, water intake, food... I have really enjoyed it

Have to reset phone to get it to sinc. Steps and calories not accurate. Goes into sleep mode sporadically

The band is durable and comfortable to wear. It provides nice information to help motivate your fitness level.

This is a great device. Sometimes it is delayed in keeping up with my steps. I am not sure if it is accurate.

seems it tracks more steps than I take...difficulty charging !

The fitbit is good for moderate to mild exercise. I don't run so I don't know if it is effective for runners.

Really like device and program but with the line of work I do, complete water proof would be nice.

My girlfriend wears it every day and he insists on showin me her daily results. She loves it so I'm happy.

This is a great product. It showed me how little exercise I really get and how to step it up to reach my goal.

Faulty wrist band. Fell apart / tore only after one month of use. Best Buy will not warranty. Must call Fitbit.

This is probably my 4th Fitbit. I went with a walk with someone wearing a different firbit and mine missed 500 steps. I've had it for a month and still haven't hit 10k steps including days I go to the gym and work a 20 hour day. Not very accurate. Fitbit isn't a bad product- they just don't last very long for what you pay for a pedometer.

Not good, returned, clasp hard to put on and doesn't stay. falls off

The FitBit is a great tracking tool. I highly recommend it. It's fun to track and encourage your friends and family.

nice device, good app but I think it worth to pay the extra for the one with the bigger screen

Bought this for my mom who Wanted to track her activity. Does a good job. Works well with iPhone and use in computer is pretty straightforward.

Nice feedback through your tablet, smartphone plus you get a weekly notice with your stats for the week, which you can print to keep track of your weekly progress
