    Flex fitbit is OK--I guess. Almost impossible to set up. Your service--I'm sorry, there is no othetr way to say it--SUCKS. The guy who was supposed to help set up mu fitbit at the store screwed it up so badly that I had to spend over an hour on the phone with the fitbit people to get it straight.

    The battery charger does not firmly hold the battery during charge, I have to secure it with rubber band. Main bracelet is already cracking.
