It is not very accurate, compared to Ibitz.

I bought it because I wanted it for my wrist and wanted to monitor sleep and I am dsappointed with its performance.

It is based on movement and I think it picks up my wife's movements also. Would not purchase for the sleep activity.

I need a how-to manual; nothing came with it!

Hard to believe.
