this is a product the store sales clerk should be informed on, be up to date on product knowledge. WHY were there two bracelets in the box? Sales person did not know, even when I returned it. SALES ASSOCIATE SHOULD OFFER TO show the customer how to use it. My sales associate did not know anything about it... I returned it. One reason I returned it... was the 2 week return period instead of 30 days..... I might have kept it, but for the 2 weeks to return it... easier to return, and repurchase at a future date.

I am very happy with my purchase. I expect to be returning to Best Buy in the future.

Have to sync the Flex with my PC. Limited support for cellphones. The Flex performs as I expected it to.

The fit bit works as expected. the biggest benefit is the awareness of your activity level.

It's cheaper A gym membership . It makes you think of how you can reach that step goal all day long.

I found the fitbit to be quite accurate with measuring daily steps and not so sensitive as to count steps with wrist movement alone. I wish the fitbit force was available so I could it could function as a watch also. For the price, I'd expect a bit more functionality.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Interacts very well with an iPhone.
