Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

Very difficult to buckle on the wrist.

It is close to impossible to buckle on my wrist. I only wore it for 4 days ,during which time it worked fine. However now it keeps blinking above the picture of the battery in the upper left corner. It will not stop blinking .I charged the battery, on my apple phone it keeps saying it is not in sync. I am so frustrated. I called Best buy, tried to get answers on the computer, no such luck. I am not near a best buy but will get there next week. Very disappointed by the Fitbit and lack of help from the geek squad.

Lower price ZIP model gives information better

I previously had a FitBit One and thought that the Flex would track as much and me ongoing data in much the same way. All the information that is available without looking at a computer consists of five LEDs that only give a general indication of the number of steps achieved. Even the lower price ZIP gives actual numbers when tapped. The only advantage is a buzz when the step goal is reached. This model also does not tracks stairs as does the One. When the battery is charged, it can be difficult to re-attach the wrist band that holds this device.

It was given as a gift and the band kept coming undone, finally it was lost, very disappointed since it cost so much. Also the recipient was disappointed since it was a Christmas gift.

If u are someone who holds onto the grips on a treadmill or pushes a stroller, this is not for you. By wearing it on your wrist, it isn't as accurate as one you could clip on to your clothes.

    Great activity tracker!

I've had the flex about a week now since I upgraded from the one which i loved except for the fact that it was really easy to lose & forget about. Can't lose this one since it's wrapped around your wrist. There are a lot of reviews saying that it's not accurate. I have not experienced this & even wore it together with my one for a day. They were about 400 steps apart (the flex had less steps). Since i don't keep a manual log of all my steps, can't tell you which one was right! However, i don't think anyone buys these fancy pedometers thinking they're going to be 100% accurate. For me, even if it's 90% accurate it's okay because if nothing else, it gives me a goal to shoot for and keeps me motivated to reach it. Now it seems as if it forces me to get up from my desk at work and move around or take the steps instead of the elevator. as far as the device itself, it's extremely comfortable to where you almost forget you have it on. I really like the alarm function and have not had to charge it since i bought it (still at about 50% battery). Many co-workers have asked me about it & expressed that they want to buy one. The only negative is the clasp. It takes a few tries before you get it on the first time but after a few days it's really easy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a well priced activity tracker.

It's good but limited ... The battery is low grade and the band is blah, shame it's not more durable. Apple should buy them out and integrate this tech into the health app.

The only bad thing I say about it the step track isn't accurate if you play a keyboard. It considers your arm movement the same as a step. Other than that, it works as advertised.

It does track steps, but does not come with setup directions. Is not easy to use as far as which taps you need to use for which readout .

Okay entry level product. Seem to log mile while sitting at my desk. Sleep function has to be turned on on the phone each night and off each morning or it will not track sleep.

I was not able to sync the Fitbit with my phone. When I talked to the Geek Squad rep, he told me that my phone was probably too old and so I decided to return the item.

I had to replace the battery after approximately two months, and the band recently. The fitbit company was very good, but I wouldn't expect such things to happen.

For the money you pay it's not that great. Battery life is ok. It basically is just a pedometer which you can get for a lot cheaper. Color options are nice though.

I had two fitbits and they were fabulous in the beginning but about a month in they both died. Best buy was great and replaced them with geek squad but it was inconvenient.
