Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

Strap broke after about 6 months. Device stopped working after about 11 months - was just coming up on 1 million steps.

Great product and it has certainly helped get me to increase my activities but I now wish I sprung for a version with more features.

I'm very disappointed I haven't been able to connect to my iPhone 6 Plus or my iPad Mini... I will return this to the store...

If you absolutely must have a fitbit, this one would be the one to get since the force is no longer available. I bought this for my girlfriend and after a day at the beach, it would no longer hold a charge. I'm guessing salt water is an enemy of the fitbit, which is ironic since sweat is kind of the same thing. Anyways, I would reccomend getting the warranty / replacement plan since these are obviously not waterproof.

I loved the thought of this item. the web app and mobile app were cool, but the data it collected was totally inaccurate. For example: it can tell your sleep patterns, times awakened and restless sleep time. I know I woke up at least 5 time and it said one. Also changing to sleep mode should have been easy, just tap the device for two seconds which is very similar to all other commands which the device couldn't distinguish.

Overall not bad for the first go around in the wrist style. Hopefully the next generation will add more features and software upgrades.

Like that it syncs with phone, sometimes though it takes forever to sync. Wife says her band doesn't track right and is frustrating.

This is great for a basic tracking device. Personally, I like the Alta better.

I really don't like the 5-7 days battery life. I feel that every time I need to charge it I have to sit there and wait for it.

Seems that the quality of the product dipped when the product became popular. I would have gladly exchanged my fitbit for another but of course best buy was sold out again. I am willing to try again after a few months. Hopefully, the quality issues have been corrected by then.

It's okay but doesn't have many features for what it costs. Also, I think it overestimates the number of steps I take in a day.

After having this for a couple days I returned it for the up24. The main reason was the step count was very wrong. When I first put it on and after the second sync it said I took 100+ steps. When I really hadn't moved at all. The other draw back was the three day battery live. In order to charge it you have to take it out of the band and put it in the charger. In all it takes a minute plus to do this.

    Overpriced pedometer

I was so excited to get the fit bit, as I had read many reviews and compared it to the jawbone up. One if the main reasons I wanted it was to improve my sleep. However, since the device is not accurate with that, I can't use it for that. I will wake up at night, roll over, look at the alarm, even reset my alarm, and it won't show that I was awake or restless. The only time it logs that you are awake is if you actually get out if bed and move. The food tracking is poor. I have to look up foods in my fitness pal and manually ad them. The calorie tracking is way off compared to my HR Monitor, so basically all that remains is a pedometer....

Wore the Fitbit for a couple weeks and really like the style and the fact you wear it on the wrist not the forearm however it was not accurate for steps taken or calories burned. The calorie adjustment is the main reason I wanted it and it wasn't not even close to what I actually burn each day. Took it back and will likely go with Body Media of anything. That's what my husband wears and it works great!

I would have rated it a 5 but I developed a rash on my wrist after 1 year. In fitbits defense I wore it day and night.

Battery only last 5 days before 2 hour recharge, heart rate monitor would be nice for the price, if it was included.
