Okay the Strivv died and now my Fitbit is dead... errf

This fitness tracker has a lot of good features, however it didn't track accurately.

I bought this for my son. He said it was ok but he wanted more bells and whistles

Good, but won't sync with Apple Health. I would pick a different model next time.

It is comfortable and easy to clean. I don't like that the plastic fastener broke

Worked great in beginning, then stopped working when battery was put back in band

Don't like that I have to look up the stats on my home computer. I went back to my fit bit one.

Already having to order a replacement. How frustrating!

I only owned the Flex for a couple of days. I went on 3 walks, each 500 steps by my count. Once using my arms naturally with some swinging and some drinking water. Once exaggerating my arm swing and once with a natural swing but not using that arm for anything else. The Flex only counted about 400 of those steps for each walk. It also counted ZERO steps while grocery shopping because I was pushing the basket. When I emailed Fit-bit I received this generic response "Flex will count your steps when you're walking with your arms stationary, as we do want to give you credit for this activity. This includes walking while pushing a stroller or shopping cart, or holding on to a treadmill. That said, because your hands are not moving, your step count may be a bit lower during this activity." My step count while grocery shopping was not a 'bit' lower, it was zero. I returned the flex and bought the One and it is much better. It actually counts my steps, every step.

Great product. Just wish I could view my steps without having to open up the app on my phone.

Best item I got my wife. My daughter and son in law have one each. A lot of competition.

This is a good product accept after 1 week the band did not stay latched and I lost it.

So far she can't get it going, she's going to have to wait and come in and get help!

Had problems with holding charge. Contacted company and sent a replacement

could not get to sync w my phone. ended up havig to purchase new phone instead.

I bought it because I thought it was reliable. The brand name made me think I could trust. I was WRONG. On the second day I was wearing it, the data was not being transferred. I tried resetting it, restarting, to the point I was tired of trying. I returned it 3 days after I got it. I would NOT recommend t to any of my friends.

Only problem tight fit when inserting fitbit into band other than that o/k

Hard to fasten on wrist, wife can't figure out the soft ware because of NO directions.

the wristband part has already broke so needing to spend more to buy new wristband
