Had it for 6 weeks and it stopped working

Called Best Buy and they were of no help as I did not buy the warranty. Really didn't think something would break so soon!!! Waiting for Fit Bit to send me a new charger no thanks to Best Buy!!

Prefer the fitbit one

Decided to try the flex thinking it would be easier to wear and less subject to loss. Turns out the design of the clips makes it for me at least virtually impossible to get on and off. It was also uncomfortable on my wrist. Decided to return and stick to Fitbit One.

Didn't pick up my exercise minutes and would count me as sleeping even if I wasn't (driving in car long distance would make it say I was asleep). If you want a product like this I recommend to spend a little more money to get one that actually works.

Battery doesn't stay charged.

My husband has one and his works great. If you don't have the problems that I have then it is great. While I had it, it really kept me motivated.
