Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

Just buy the Nike or Apple Watch

I bought this fitness tracker to replace my Nike FuelBand. I was so dissatisfied with it that now it just sits in a drawer and I ended up buying the Apple Watch instead. It may be cheaper than some of the other nicer watches, bands and fitness trackers but it just doesn’t cut the cake. The battery life is short, you have to keep tapping it to get a measure of how far you’ve walked, etc… and then you have to check everything on your phone. It’s just not worth the hassle or the money. If you have a little some extra to spend or treat yourself with, buy a nicer watch or fitness tracker.

I'm trying to sell my Fitbit on Craigslist. When you aren't near a computer you can't get current readings. At least I can't. It's not easy to use either. The software program that you use is NOT easy to navigate.

I ordered this using a 20.00 gift card why isn't it showing as money off? My daughter wanted this for her birthday, hearing it was very good from her friends. Please fix credit tho and advise.

    Terrible Activity Tracking

I bought this to help myself get fit but found the activity tracking as extremely unreliable. I would drive for 1/2 an hour and would somehow take 200 steps even decreasing the device sensitivity. The Fitbit nutrition tracking software is not nearly as useful as other Apps available. While the tracker provides some good functionality, overall the device is poorly executed. I ended up returning the product.

The Fitbit works fine, but the wristbands do not hold up very well. They crack/break close to the electronic device is housed. Best buy has been all buy helpful in a remedy to exchange the broken wristbands.

Could be a good device, but the band is cheap

The band broke two weeks into having it. I figured if it broke that fast there was a design flaw and others would break too, so I took it back and bought the Fitbit One. I also missed having it count stairs climbed.

I bought this product not knowing that it doesn't tell you anything. I'd have to login to see my steps and all activity. I went and returned it and then I ended up buying the fit bit blaze.

Unlike the Force there is nothing but dots. So the features are not as good. It does not sync as well on the computer. I had to reinstall the program after several attempts to finally get it to sync.

Do not buy. The tracker always reads low battery, doesn't charge properly and stopped working after 2 weeks.

I really wished this product worked properly! You have to be moving your arm for the fitbit to count your steps/active minutes. I wish they would improve the bugs so I could enjoy : )

Initially, it was great having the item provide real time updates on the status of my excercise and sleep patterns. But, the wristband got in the way of my normal attire and movement.

First it's not compatible with my phone (iPhone 4) so I'm always syncing to my computer which isn't always convenient. I don't think it's always accurate. Not worth the money spent

    Excellent little tool

This tool is a great way to track just how many times you walk in a given day and it measures your sleep. It motivates me to be more active, since I can see at the end of the day just how far I've walked and how active I was that day. It is an excellent tool, and I highly recommend it.

Very disappointed. Limited help written and online. App is difficult to use. Very frustrating. Was looking forward to using it from friends who have one. Sales person was not helpful or knowledgeable. Difficult to find any salesperson to help me. Seems like they like to talk to each other and not to customers. Probably will not buy at Best Buy again. Reviewing this site I wonder if anyone at Best Buy will read my review and/or do anything about it. Or is it just to be able to post reviews. We shall see,

Not good at all at tracking your steps or your sleep. Would have kept if there were a quick pause feature when you are driving so as not to affect your movement falsely.

does its purpose but only when you can get it to stay on. Rubber bracelet is too stretchy. Falls off during basic activities, like running, which is contradictive

In order for this item to work properly, you have to spend too much time entering everything you ate onto your profile. It is too easy to hit the unit and accidentally put it in sleep mode and there is no way to tell if it is in sleep or awake mode.
