Amazing product and app. Very simple to use

I lost my Fitbit after only having it for a week, I went through every step to find it because Geek Squad did not cover lost or theft, but FitBit replaced my product free of charge. Their customer service is outstanding, they were kind and quick in manner, not only is this product live changing when used to its full potential, the company is worth giving your business to.

    Fantastic

I have had mine for three weeks now and I am very happy with it. I wear it on my non dominant wrist but put online that it is on my dominant wrist(as I am on my computer and move my arms often to do cook and clean and play games) and the steps are very accurate. The sleep monitor it has is more accurate than the iphone apps that I've used and more comfortable than putting my phone under my pillow. I also love the silent alarms and use two for morning and night medication reminders and I have one for the morning during the weekdays to wake me up. The battery on mine lasts for about 6-7 days at a time. I love the Fitbit Flex and I am so glad that I bought it.

    Bought this for myself

Bought this for myself, because I needed something to help me lose weight, but I wanted to keep my spending down. (My sister-in-law has a FitBit1, loves it, and highly recommended my purchasing one to.) After a week, I surprised myself by not enjoying the FitBit1... so, after some online investigating (reading others reviews of varied fitbits) I opted to return it and pay a bit more to get the FitBit2....and I Absolutely Love It!! I have no regrets here what so ever with my choice... I love the time and step display, the stop watch, and ect all at a touch and at any time of the day :D Thank you Best Buy for your awesome return policy "...If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." :) !

    Does the job

This is the new flex fit bit. Its very simple to wear and use. I am not sure why others are having problems with the unit. Mine worked out of the box. I use an Apple MacBook Air and have an Apple Iphone 5. So far, no issues at all. I will report back if there is an issue. For now it gets my 5 stars.

    Worked, but returned

It worked and I loved the functionality, but I returned it because the upcoming "trend" of smartwatches replaces the Fitbit in most cases in my opinion.

This is great for a beginner, but there are better options out there. Wish I would have got the upgraded version showing the time on there.

My only complaint is that i wish it calculated my indoor and outdoor cycling automatically. I do have the ability to "log" this activity into my dashboard which is fine, it just takes more time. Had the NIKE one and disliked it completely.

    Fitbit flex

I do t see the force being worth the extra money unless you need the time. The bands should be sold separately in black. It doesn't wake you up at your optimal time the way the up does but it's the best tracker for the money available. It's very dependable and doesn't need to charge but once a week and the app is very intuitive and simple. Recommend

    Spend the extra money

I enjoyed this, but the charging system failed fairly quickly, and it would be nice to know actual values instead of % based on lights. also went into sleep mode on bike rides due to vibration. Upgraded to the charge HR - digital readout is worth the money.

I've used this for 2 weeks now, and have become very aware of how inactive I've been. I have a desk job, and push now to walk 10K steps daily. I've downloaded the FitBit app to my iPod touch 5, and it syncs via Bluetooth. I'm always up to date on logging my calories consumed, and calories burned. This also tracks my sleep patterns which is very interesting information.

the app and website is wonderful. personally, i'm on my second fitbit flex because it won't hold a charge and completely dies. i do a factory reset and same issue. fitbit was no help with the first one as i bought it new from ebay. i purchased my second from best buy and the same issue. i'm waiting to hear back from fitbit customer service...still...i'm going to try the charge or charge HR. if the same happens..then i'll try a different system all together.

    Flex band

The Flex works well but the band will not hold up. After spending $30.00 to purchase their replacement band set, two broke immediately & the third is difficult to get on. The prongs are cheap plastic on the replacement bands & break & bend.. Contacted Fitbit & their policy is they do not provide replacement parts. Just sayin, another brand might be a better option.

    A quality product

The fitbit works exactly as it says it should, it tracks fairly accurately and it feels very comfortable to wear and sleep with. Only have to charge it every week. Only downfall is if you go in the shower it gets waterlogged and you can hear the water inside of it afterwards.

Wanted to Love it, but inaccurate

I've loved my Fitbit One and waited for the Flex since they first announced it back in January. I was attracted to the ease of use of the Flex. Before I took it out of the box I read the ENTIRE owner's manual. I went to a local running track and measured both my walking and running strides, which I programed into the Flex. I set the appropriate dominate/non-dominate hand. Basically, I did everything I needed to do to make it track accurately. I put the band on and wore it for four days: Friday - Monday. Immediately, I started noticing tracking inconsistencies. It's fairly accurate when tracking my running and walking, but it adds an unacceptable number of steps while I'm just sitting at my desk, reading, watching TV, etc. For example, on Monday, I spent the majority of my day at my desk at work, leaving only for bathroom breaks. By 3 pm, the Flex indicated I had taken well over 4,000 steps. Impossible. The real tipping point for me came when i realized the Flex had added another 350 steps on my drive home! I drive an automatic, my hands never left the steering wheel. The Flex tracks any up and down or swinging movement of your hand. So, when you type, it tracks steps. When you turn the page of a book, it track steps. When you brush your teeth, it tracks steps. This is unacceptable. I'll be retuning it tomorrow.

Got a fitbit flex Christmas 2013. Writing this nearly a year later. Still working fine. Motivated me to achieve over 1500 miles in a year. Charge lasts nearly a week and emails you when low. EZ wireless sync with phone and Mac. Had to buy a new rubber wristband after nearly a year, old one was splitting. Will probably keep using this well into 2015, waiting on new tech and will see which is best.

This small little gem keeps me on track with my steps each day. Just a touch of the wristband and I know if I'm on target for my steps each day. I haven't used the calorie counter yet. I love the badges that you win for accomplishments. I love my fitbit.

I had the Flex, then upgraded to the Force, and am back to the Flex. I like that the Flex is waterproof, I am able to wear it on my wrist and is not an obvious fitness device. The reason I downgraded from the Force was because I received a rash from the Force. This is the next best thing, and is rash-free. :) I like that the information syncs to the Fitbit site, which in return syncs to Spark People, My Fitness Pal, Microsoft Health Vault, and many other sites.

Bought this as a gift for my sister for Christmas as she has made a few comments about wanting this. The reviews looked promising and so far she is thrilled with it. I may pick one up myself
