Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

My girlfriend likes her FitBit but has a hard time working charging it into her schedule. It's really good for keeping track of your general activity level though.

The bracelet it's not secure at all, I already lost it :( you will have to be very careful and don't do any heavy activities. I got the one and it holds better.

I thought this wrist band would help me get back into shape. It turns out that I still have to do all the work and this thing only tells me how much I did or didn't do. I know that already anyway. Duh!

I bought this unit to replace a Fitbit Zip which my wife and I both use. I thought the flex would give less hassle from changing from pants to gym shorts etc. I lost a Zip and it's expensive to keep replacing them. The Fitbit Flex is waterproof, and since it's a bracelet you can wear it all the time. Problems: 1.) You should wear on non dominant wrist- so for me it's my left wrist. This is also where I wear my watch, so there was a little tightness there. 2.) The unit has mini LEDs to show you progress. 1 LED= 20% of your daily steps, all the way up to 5 LEDs for 100%. But that doesn't show steps so you are not really sure how far you are to your goal. (Minor Point- but I like seeing progress on the screen.) 3.) The unit is way too sensitive. On my first full day of wearing it I logged over 35000 steps, which was about 12 miles! The second day it was even more, I logged about 45,000 steps and closer to 16 miles! My normal number of steps is 10,o00 to 15,000; and on the days I scored those high numbers I didn't even walk! The Fitbit Flex is so sensitive it registered road vibrations as I drove my touring motorcycle. So therefore I would not be able to bring my FLEX if I was on my motorcycle, or it would appear that I ran a marathon! Someone suggested I put the unit in the luggage of my motorcycle- but the vibration would be everywhere not just on my bike. SO SADLY- I returned my Fitbit FLEX and stayed with the ZIP.

Didn't really care for this product. Only purchased because the Force was recalled. Got rid of it as soon as the Charge was released.

I got this to keep me on track with a new fitness program. It's surprisingly accurate. My friends and I compete to see who gets the most steps.

This is a fun device to track your steps taken in a day however it doesn't do well for biking or other exercise (maybe I haven't figured out how to do that, in which case instructions aren't very good). Also, you are told to put it on your non dominant arm but if you are pushing something rather than swinging your arms it doesn't track as well. It comes with a large and small wristband and I used the large band around my ankle and it was much more accurate when walking a golf course and pushing a cart.

I GOT MY FITBIT AS A XMAS GIFT & A REPLACEMENT for VDAY. I LOST BOTH FITBIT, bc the band won't stay on. So, of course I won't be getting a 3rd one. I notice once u switch out the original band it came in; that is when I lost both of my FITBIT., bc I had different band colors that came w/ it. I wouldn't recommend this FITBIT; especially for the price is not CHEAP, go w/ one that doesn't have the snap band

Works pretty well for tracking steps...not so much on tracking sleep. Couch time watching TV is logged as time sleeping.

Love the Fitbit. I've had both the Fuelband and Fitbit, and I prefer the is one. Primarily because of its compatibility with my Iphone as well as the ability to track my sleep patterns.

Not sure how anyone can give this anything but 1 star. 1) Material seems like a cheap rubber 2) Its difficult to snap it on 3) you have to practically beat the thing to death just to get it to light up and do whatever is suppose to do. 4) It comes with no instructions you need to find them online 5) in order to charge it you must remove the tiny piece (the actual pedometer) from the harness.

this is the best of all the trackers I have had. if you are honest with your self u cant go wrong. A must for bariatric post and pre surgical people. new model is out. Avia scale makes a great companion for this product. the new one is better but I don't like the GPS feature of new model. $49 premium membership makes tracking easier if u don't want to spend the $49 annual membership it still works great I didn't want membership and it still works for me (honesty is the key with any tracking products)

I've had my Fitbit Flex for just about a week and am less than impressed. First, it's not the easiest thing to put on. In the 6 days that I've had it, I've already had to reset it twice. Plus, it does not recognize riding a recumbent bike as either steps or physical activity. It's really no better than the free pedometer apps that you can get on your phone. The only advantage with the Fitbit is that you don't need to have your phone on you at all times.
