Reliable tracking system, downfall is it stopped charging after two weeks and the wrist band broke during the night. Buy the warranty!

I have waited nearly a year for the Flex to come out. I have been a One user for quite some time. It is on the wrist, and does not fall off your belt loop or whatever else you have it attached to. The downfall is the amount of life in the battery and the fact that it does not count stairs. While it is not a goal, I enjoy the fact that something is counting them and later on in the day I can go and see how many I have climbed in a day. Having on your wrist to look at keep you on track for you goal for the day better than the others.

Loved it until the battery stopped charging. I returned it and got the Alta. The flex felt better on t he wrist so far.

great device for those that are trying to live an active lifestyle. works great with the app to track your sleep, movement, etc. Cool device.

I bought this just out of curiosity to see how much I was being active. Easy to use and love being able to see how well I do or don't sleep.

These units are relatively inexpensive, especially when bought on sale. The amount of data and graphic illustration is very nice, but who knows how it calculates the caloric exertion or steps when its attached to your arm. At least, I assume its consistent in how it does that, so you can compare your own performance improvements (or deficits) over time. I think you can hack the readout by simply waving your arm around, so avoid long goodbyes at the airport. They do need to rethink the clasp mechanism; it's a bit cumbersome.

I love this flex...love that it is waterproof and the battery lasts all week. I recently bought the colored bracelets but haven't used them. I forget I even have it on. Perfect gift for all.

The flex has been great for connecting with friends who will challenge you to stay on task with fitness goals. Also this has other tools to help you get back into fitness.

This is a good tool for tracking your activity. The battery life is typically 4-5 days, and you get warnings when it starts to run low.

This fitbit is a great tool for keeping track of all your activities. It also monitors sleep patterns as well which is quite helpful.

Easy to sync with iphone and use. When it was new, it was hard to clip on but that got better with use. Battery lasts a good long time.

Very happy with tracker wristband. It is great motivation to achieve you 5 dot goal daily. It tracks everything even when you are sleeping. Easy to set up and use. Good price for a quality item.

I like the Fitbit to help me keep track of my activity and encourage me to do more. I am more aware of how much activity I actually do.

The Fitbit downloads and tracks the information very easily. It was also easy to link to my health insurance Healthy Living program.

Easy wireless interface. Very accurate. My only issue is that while bike riding over bumpy terrain, it easily goes into sleep mode.

First saw Nike Fuel band - but my wife and I have android phones. So waited until the Flex came out - glad we did. Not only cheaper and works with Android, but love everything about it. Their food database could be better - but it seems they are constantly improving things on a daily basis. Already had 1 firmware upgrade for Flex band. And web dashboard got enhancements weekly. Bottom line - it helps you easily set goals - with simple food input tracks calories in / out - helps you monitor your activity level and your quality of sleep. All in all - it's a great product at a great price. It's comfortable too. Don't think I could have dropped 10 lbs in the last three weeks without it.

After purchasing my Fitbit Flex I found the setup using an app on my phone very simple to use. The Fitbit seems very accurate and the silent alarm feature is an awesome feature. The only thing I was not pleased with is the short battery life of the Fitbit. I was having to charge it on a daily basis and not every 5 to 7 days as the product states.

Bought this for my wife as a surprise and she loves it. So far she uses it everyday and it does seem to motivate her to exercise more.
