Accuracy highly questionable; good for beginners

If typing, it will register steps but it won't measure a 9-mile bike ride because it's attached to your wrist. I actually found the sleep tracking fairly accurate.

Good starting device

I bought this to replace my pedometer that I thought wasn't too accurate. So far I like the features and web based tracking. It also has a sleep monitor that will surprise most people when they see how much they actually sleep. I bought one for my wife too and she wears it every day.
