I wear my fitbit bracelet every day. It is very helpful

It helps me keep track of everything, and I LOVE the sleep tracker!!

I love that it tracks my food and my exercise and my sleeping patterns.

I like this product because it helps me stay on track with my diet goal. Every day I log what i eat and how much I have exercised. You do that, and it really makes you rethink eating a candy bar, because you see how far behind it makes you with your daily goal. For me, the hardest thing about dieting was remembering that I am dieting, and these products help me do that.

Fitbit is headed in the right direction, just not there yet. Since this not not a pedometer it doesn't really track steps, just arm motion. So it'sdoesn't provide a true step count. I work out hard for at least an hour each day but the dashboard usually shows less than 30 mnutes activity for the entire. Not sure what the measure of activity really means. And since it does not monitor heart rate I can only assume the calories burned is a function of weight (which user enters into the app) and steps taken. I show pretty much the same calories burned each day no matter how active, or inactive, I am that day. I do like the sleep monitor. Based on my movement in bad it shows me how often I am restless during the night. Overall, lots of potential but not robust enough yet.

The weekly report is a treat. If and when I figure out how to get every thing working, I think it will be a great incentive to my attempts to improve my health. I like the scale that goes along with the fitbit too. I haven't been able to get the sleep tracking part working yet.

Nice product but husband felt it was to awkward to where.

She's crazy about it. Had no problems other than a few issues getting the PC software to sync with the device. Got it to work eventually though. so all is good. Works as advertised. As far as wearable tech goes, it's up there if you're in to fitness and what not. Good stuff!

I bought this as gift for my wife and she really likes it, I will probably get one myself. It records very well. She didn't know how active she was until she started wearing it. It was very simple to setup and link to the her phone. Color choices are simple with only three available when you buy the device but they'll certainly sell you more in a separate purchase.
