    I was very intrigued by activity trackers when I first learned about them. Eventually, I got the Flex for my birthday last year. For what it can do it's very powerful, especially if when you use the website and smartphone app to go along with it. I like seeing exactly how much sleep I'm getting and how many times I'm moving around while I'm asleep. And I always feel a little proud when it vibrates to tell me I've reached my steps goal for the day. Having the app is also useful for knowing when it needs to be recharged. It would be nice if it could count how many flights of stairs I've walked, or show me the time since I'm wearing it on my wrist. And if you're self-conscious about other people seeing it, the One might be better since that can be worn on your belt or pants pocket instead while doing exactly what the Flex does, and then some. Obviously, there are several different Fitbit products with different capabilities and price points, so you need to know exactly what you want to do with an activity tracker before buying it. That said, the Flex does the job when it comes to getting a snapshot of your daily health.
