It works great. Have to charge battery too often. Wish the battery lasted longer

I like the product and I would recommend it! It could be more accurate as it really does not count your steps but how your arms swing as you walk. It is fair to get an idea but not accurate as to how far you actually stepped off a distance.

Very practical and durable. I love my Fitbit and wear it all the time.

I purchased 2 Fitbit Flex's and they were great to begin with. Within 2 weeks we had issues with the charger on one and then a week later the second unit refused to charge. Customer support only tells you to reset your computer and blames everything on the computer. Funny thing is that i never charged it from the computer.

Fitbit lights came on but would not synch with the program. Returned item and attempted to purchase next level up to heart monitor, but correct size not available in your stores.

Purchased on July 10 and it's dead and no longer charging as of August 30. Very disappointing for an otherwise well-loved brand. The wristband can be frustrating to secure at first, but eventually it breaks in and gets easier. The alarm was my favorite feature, as it wakes me and not my potentially sleeping infants. Not sure what I'll do at this point, didn't think it would be a dud product. Very disappointed.

Very useful. The only downside is the clip is too easy to unbuckled by accident.

Sales help was sales helpless and the fitbit died within a month then tried to return and best buy said call manufacturer and they send new battery. Then the fitbit failed within a week. Best but no help and was within return date.

I loved the band feel but missed the fact that you are unable to see your progress unless you sync with your computer or iphone. The fitbit one allows you to see your progress on the fitbit itself. The band was very difficult to close on your wrist, even when my husband tried to secure it for me. I miss the feature of showing how many flights of stairs you climbed also. My biggest complaint was that you have to sync to your computer or phone but the numbers were always off and not by a small amount so I never knew what my actual progress was.
