    Fitbit lights came on but would not synch with the program. Returned item and attempted to purchase next level up to heart monitor, but correct size not available in your stores.

    The kids purchased it for Mother's Day we charged it once and it never charged again called bestbuy they told us we needed to call Fitbit Was only used one week then won't charge

    Sales help was sales helpless and the fitbit died within a month then tried to return and best buy said call manufacturer and they send new battery. Then the fitbit failed within a week. Best but no help and was within return date.

    I loved the band feel but missed the fact that you are unable to see your progress unless you sync with your computer or iphone. The fitbit one allows you to see your progress on the fitbit itself. The band was very difficult to close on your wrist, even when my husband tried to secure it for me. I miss the feature of showing how many flights of stairs you climbed also. My biggest complaint was that you have to sync to your computer or phone but the numbers were always off and not by a small amount so I never knew what my actual progress was.
